Quick Answer
The CQM (Certified Quality Manager) is a GAQM-accredited professional credential that validates mastery of quality management principles, Total Quality Management (TQM), statistical process control, ISO 9001 alignment, supplier quality management, and quality leadership skills. Unlike ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (which qualifies professionals to audit QMS systems externally), the CQM credential validates individual competency in managing, designing, and continuously improving quality programs within an organisation. CQM-certified professionals in GCC markets earn $60,000β$90,000 USD annually and are in demand across manufacturing, BPO, healthcare, and government quality functions. Delivered by Mentor Tech as an official GAQM channel partner, the fully online exam covers all quality management domains with lifetime certification validity upon successful completion.
